• Cancellation of Services: If the journal cancels a service (such as a special issue or publication process) after the fee has been paid and the manuscript has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to the author.

3. Non-Refundable Fees:

• Accepted Manuscripts: Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, submission or processing fees become non-refundable, as the editorial and production processes have already commenced.
• Rejection of Manuscripts: If a manuscript is rejected during the review process, submission or processing fees are non-refundable. Authors are encouraged to revise and resubmit their manuscripts for future issues if desired.

4. Refund Process:

• Requesting a Refund: Authors seeking a refund must submit a formal request to the editorial team within 30 days of the transaction. The request should include proof of payment and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
• Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used during the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Refund Limitations:

• Refunds are generally not issued for submission or processing fees once the manuscript has been reviewed or accepted for publication.
• In cases where a refund is approved, it will only be for the specific service or fee charged and not for any additional related costs (e.g., peer review fees, production costs, etc.).
